In our homeowners’ words
“Building our home with Mark at Live Oak Builders was such a great experience. With so many decisions to make throughout the building process, Mark made everything feel easy with his guidance, patience, and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with our home and are so thankful he helped bring our vision to life!”

“We had some nerves going into the building process, but Mark and Jerry alleviated those concerns from the very beginning.
They welcomed every question and answered them with transparency, kindness, and professionalism. It quickly became clear that Mark truly values integrity, quality workmanship, open communication, and supportive collaboration throughout the entire process.
Building a home can feel overwhelming, but having a team you trust makes all the difference. Mark and Jerry made the experience feel exciting and reassuring from start to finish. They truly embody what building the home of your dreams should be!”
